Day-of Coordination

Designed specifically for the Bride who wants to organize, confirm and have complete responsibility for all aspects of their wedding day planning. Pretty Chic Events will carry out the event duties as outlined the day of the event.

Month-of Management  

 

This is for the couple that wants to take care of all their pre-wedding planning but understands the importance of having a wedding specialist to help it all come together.  You would select and retain your wedding ceremony and reception venues and vendors.  Pretty Chic Events will step in before the wedding day to finalize and confirm the last minute details and provide the essential services needed to ensure a flawless wedding.  Includes on-site management to make sure your wedding day runs smoothly.

  • Confirmation of all vendors and their services prior to wedding day

Sapphire Service

 

Perfect for the busy couple that wants to make all the decisions but doesn't know exactly where to start.  We will partner with you and guide you along the way with budget allocation, a monthly planning timeline and vendor referrals that meet your budget & style.  After our initial consultation sessions you will secure your wedding day venues and vendors.  Pretty Chic Events will rejoin you prior to your wedding day to confirm and organize the details.  Once we step in you step back and simply enjoy the approaching festivities!

Includes everything in our Month-of Management plus:

  • Specialty consultations to get you started in the early stages of wedding planning including Budget allocation and design

  • Vendor Referrals in all vendor categories

  • Discount on our entire line of specialty rentals

  • Preliminary timeline of what to expect during the planning process

  • Personally contact each vendor and discuss their day of services and timeline of events in detail

  • Assistance with last minute decision making

  • In-person meeting (or Skype) 1 month prior to wedding day to discuss details, special instructions or concerns

  • Receive all deliveries, greeting and supervising all vendors as they load in and set-up.

  • Delivery of vendor payments

Diamond Service 

 

Provides full wedding management, planning and coordination from beginning to end.  Designed for the couple who wants every detail of their wedding day planned and executed stress-free.  Created so you can simply enjoy the bliss of your engagement and wedding, our specialists take care of the planning, negotiation and coordination on your behalf.  With your direction we will design, research, arrange and execute your wedding while working with each vendor to ensure that your ideas are properly reflected and keeping within your budget.  Pretty Chic Events will breakdown the decisions in stages so the process does not overwhelm you and provides plenty of time for decision making.  You get to make all the key decisions and we will handle all the work.  So leave the running around to us and enjoy every moment of your engagement!
